During his senior year of college Omar entered his business plan into the Rothschild Entrepreneurship Competition and he won first prize of ten thousand dollars. After graduating from college Omar met up with old classmate, Nick Friedman as they were both about to enter the corporate world. Having hauled junk together that initial summer they discussed the possibility of operating the Los Angeles junk removal business the whole year round.

Omar and Nick invested all the money they had saved from their time in the corporate world to starting up the streamlined business plan for hauling and removal of junk in Los Angeles.
