We ask our customers: What do you have to lose besides your junk?
All customer calls are fielded in our centralized call center (Customer Loyalty Center) and documented using our state-of-the-art customized proprietary software package (JunkWARE ™) and secure intranet system. Our highly trained inbound sales reps (Loyalty Reps) book the jobs, field customer service calls, and conduct quality follow-ups, saving you valuable time to focus on your most important responsibility -- to grow your business through management, sales, and marketing. Services and pricing are explained to customers over the phone, and a convenient appointment is scheduled. On the day of the appointment, the customer is contacted prior to the arrival, and the uniformed team arrives on time in our shiny orange and green logo’d truck to give a final price and do the work.

Junk Today, Gone Today
Whether we’re called to a private home or to a business, we are able to remove anything non-hazardous that two people can lift: furniture, electronics, appliances, construction and renovation debris, yard waste, etc. (We cannot take hazardous material such as paint, chemicals, oil, asbestos, spouses & pets, etc).

Everything is properly recycled, disposed of, or donated. And our Loyalty Reps call after the job to make sure customers are 100% satisfied!
